FINISHES FIRST IN MARLBORO

The Monroe 9 year old Purple team won their first Tournament of the year, the Marlboro Memorial Day Tournament going undefeated in Pool play 3-0. In the semi finals the young team beat a tough Jackson team 3-2, then went on to beat the host Marlboro team 12 – 2 in 4 innings.
